Mission ConneXion 2025

A Missions Conference for All

 

High school students, join EBC on our annual attendance of this amazing missions conference up in Portland. We will stay the night up in Portland to be near the conference. All food will be provided, however, I am asking each student to pay $15 to help supplement the cost of food and lodging. Each student will also need to bring their own money for books, coffee, and other personal items they would like to purchase. Please see further details below.

 

WHERE: Sunset Church, 14986 NW Cornell Rd. Portland, OR 97229
WHEN: January 17-18, 4:30pm (Fri.) - around 11pm (Sat.)
LEADER: Alison Johnson will be leading this event since Pastor Andrew will be at the middle school retreat. Other parents are welcome to attend!
COST: $15, plus personal money for personal items

 

REGISTRATION: Each person needs to be registered through the MC website. EBC also needs permission releases and emergency contact info for each participant. So, Pastor Andrew will register everyone through MC, but each participant must use the drop down registration below to communicate their attendance.

If you prefer, send a copy of your insurance card with your child.
I the parent / guardian, give permission for this student, if necessary, to go to the nearest hospital/clinic and receive appropriate treatment as deemed necessary by the attending medical personnel. If medical attention is needed, every reasonable attempt will be made to notify me as soon as possible. I understand that Evangelical Bible Church is not responsible for the cost of medical care provided to my child. I assume responsibility for the transportation of my son/daughter in the case of any non-related emergency situation that results in an early dismissal. My son/daughter has permission to attend this retreat and participate in all activities.
