Where: Molalla Retreat

      - If parents need to get in touch with their student, call this number as service may not be available and students will not have their phones.

When: April 1st-3rd (Friday-Sunday)

      - Drop students off at the EBC Youth Center @ 4 pm, busses leave at 4:30 sharp!
      - Pickup students @ EBC around 2:30-3pm

Cost: $75.00/person

      - Price drops to $60/person with more than one student attending from the same family
      - Payment must be submitted by Friday, 4/8 for attendance

Packing list:
- Sleeping bag and pillow
- Bible, pen, and notebook
- Toiletries and towel
- Clothes for all occasions (i.e. warm, active, rain gear, can get dirty, relaxing, etc.)
- $$ for fast food lunch at Keizer Station on the way home
- Any snacks and board games you would like to bring!
- Phone for emergencies only, as well as contacting family on our way home.

If you prefer, send a copy of your insurance card with your child.
I the parent / guardian, give permission for this student, if necessary, to go to the nearest hospital/clinic and receive appropriate treatment as deemed necessary by the attending medical personnel. If medical attention is needed, every reasonable attempt will be made to notify me as soon as possible. I understand that Evangelical Bible Church is not responsible for the cost of medical care provided to my child. I assume responsibility for the transportation of my son/daughter in the case of any non-related emergency situation that results in an early dismissal. My son/daughter has permission to attend this retreat and participate in all activities.
