Dallas Winter Retreat

All high schoolers, all of Dallas, one retreat

 

When: 12/1 - 12/3

        - Busses leave at 4:30pm (stay tuned for dropoff location since all students will leave from the same place)

        - Athletes (and others who need it) have the option to leave at 6:45pm with another bus

        - Pickup will be around 3-4pm. Students will contact you when we are getting close

Cost: $100 through 10/31, $125 starting 11/1

 

The whole city of Dallas is combining efforts to create one big winter retreat for all the youth in the area! As youth pastors, we love working together to accomplish the same goal of showing Jesus to students. We are doing our retreat this way in 2023 with the prayer that more unsaved students will have a desire to go with more of their friends gone at the same time. We also have a prayer of unity for the sake of the Gospel because we know that the Body of Christ can accomplish amazing things when united, and this retreat aims to serve that purpose. All high schoolers are welcome to attend this retreat with us. All registration must go through Grace Church, however, each church is responsible for its own medical, allergy, and permission slip forms. With that in mind, please register BOTH through the link below with EBC where we will gather important, personal information, as well as following the link to Grace Church where you can sign up and pay for your spot.

 

 

Packing List:

- Sleeping bag and pillow
- Bible, pen, and notebook
- Toiletries and towel
- Clothes for all occasions (especially clothes for a messy game!)
- Phone for emergencies only, as well as contacting family on our way home.

I the parent / guardian, give permission for this student, if necessary, to go to the nearest hospital/clinic and receive appropriate treatment as deemed necessary by the attending medical personnel. If medical attention is needed, every reasonable attempt will be made to notify me as soon as possible. I understand that Evangelical Bible Church is not responsible for the cost of medical care provided to my child. I assume responsibility for the transportation of my son/daughter in the case of any non-related emergency situation that results in an early dismissal. My son/daughter has permission to attend this retreat and participate in all activities.
