BRING DINNER FOR HIGH SCHOOLERS

We desperately need help!

We want students to be able to easily come to youth group from after-school activities and sports. So we are providing dinner to them on Tuesday nights before youth group! But we need people to help bring dinner on Tuesdays. Even just one dinner. And you don't even need to pay for the food - it comes out of the youth group's budget!

Who can help with a Tuesday night dinner:

• EBC attendees, parents, Connect Groups, families, grandparents, young adults
• Pretty much anyone!

What to expect:

• Sign up to bring dinner: Choose one Tuesday night (or more) to help. Contact Pastor Andrew at his cellphone at 503-747-9300, or at ebcdallas.youthpastor@gmail.com, or sign up here on SignUp.
• Decide what to bring: Decide on a meal or ask high schoolers, staff, or Pastor Andrew for ideas! (You get to decide whether to bring desserts or drinks.)
• Purchase supplies/ingredients, etc.: Buy what you need and keep the receipts.
• Prepare the food: Prepare the meal at home or make arrangements with Pastor Andrew to make it at the church. (Or purchase the meal beforehand!)
• Bring the food to youth group: Come to youth group at least by 5:30 PM to set up, etc. Dishware, silverware, serving utensils are provided.  
• Connect with students - help serve, talk, clean up, and enjoy what youth group is at EBC!
• Turn in all receipts to Pastor Andrew to be reimbursed for meal costs.

This has become a beloved aspect of our ministry by our students and staff as it provides a wonderful time of connection. Please consider donating your time to this amazing ministry!
