Parents, do you have a plan for who would care for your children if something happens to either or both of you? Did you know what legal documents are required for you to have any say in who the court decides will raise your children if you are unable to? When a loved one passes and there are no plans or wishes to be found, what is one to do? Grief can become overwhelming and add to the stress of making important family, financial, or burial decisions.
